Gold Patron Level – One Calendar Year (July 1st thru June 30th) Price - $300.00

• Company name and logo prominently displayed as a Gold Patron on the “Patron’s Page” of the HCA website with a clickable link to your company’s website.
• Recognition as a Gold Patron at monthly luncheons via-
• Name tags for all HCA members of Gold level companies to have ribbon acknowledging Gold level status.
• Signage recognizing and acknowledging Gold level companies.
• Company name featured in PowerPoint presentations before luncheons.

• Company name and logo displayed as a Silver Patron on the “Patron’s Page” of the HCA website with a clickable link to your company’s website.

• Company name and logo or individual patron’s name listed on the “Patron’s Page” of the HCA website. No direct link to your company website.

Note: Prices presented on the form are prorated quarterly based on the month of activation.
